About Gail Eaton-Briggs

Gail Eaton-BriggsI love to see others do well and thrive. My passion is working with people, whether it be facilitating various processes, mentoring and coaching others, officiating at weddings and funerals as a Celebrant, or providing motivation for personal growth through workshops and presentations.

In 2019, I started my own practice, Everywhen Solutions. I use my passion and expertise in facilitation, leadership, people development, communication, mentoring, writing and planning to develop bespoke solutions for my clients.

After a long career in local and state government in the areas of early education and care, child safety, and vocational education and training, I’m an experienced executive-level leader. I am committed to the concept of lifelong learning and hold a Master of Public Administration, Bachelor of Social Science (Human Services), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, CIV in Celebrancy, and a Company Directors Diploma.

In 2023, my business was nominated as a finalist in the Australian Small Business Awards. I was also named in the top 10 Wedding Celebrants in Tasmania in 2023 in the Australian Wedding Industry Awards.

I’m a Certified Practitioner in the i4 Neuroleader Model™️, using neuroscience to build healthy and high performing leaders, and an Accredited Consultant in DISC Advanced®, a tool to help individuals and teams know their natural and adjusted behavioural workplace style.

I hold two voluntary roles appointed by the Tasmanian Government’s Minister for Education as a member of the 26 TEN Coalition with responsibility for trades and adult learning and as a Leader in the B4 Early Years Coalition. I’m also a non-executive Board Member with an aged care organization and an Authorized Celebrant.

My COVID project was to write the book that I’ve wanted to for a very long time. Conscious Grit: From Stuck to Unstoppable is making a difference in the lives of my readers – just what I wanted it to do.
