Women In Business: Do They Have To Struggle Or Is There A Way To Streamline The Process?

April 16, 2012 By Shanda Sumpter

There is a way to streamline the process. However, it makes sense for women in business TO struggle.

Here’s why:

Because it’s how we know that we can do it.  Can you imagine not having to work hard at anything anymore?  Everything you want coming easy?  Do you think that you would have the same appreciation for life? It does sound good, but think carefully about this concept.

It’s an interesting question and also a total MIND BENDER when you get into it.

So here’s what science tells us.

The way you process life is based entirely on your belief system.

I’d like to suggest a moment here for you to explore your own beliefs.
In addition,  know that you do have the power to change any one of them.
So the ones that aren’t giving you the life you want would be the good ones to let go of today.

Here’s what I mean.

Say you have a belief that life is HARD!
Then so be it, because it will be.  Every decision you make will come
from a place of  lacking EASE, and you’ll experience life as hard.

Life will be hard in business.
Life will be hard in your marriage.
Life will be hard at the gym.

Everything that you process through your internal filters (your mind) will be hard!

We see this all the time with women and money.  When someone hasn’t found their secret sauce to earning a great income, they often struggle with finding their voice and don’t have a real point of view.  This leads to confusion and inconsistent action, which obviously produces sporadic emotions and results.

So how do you get what you want in life?

-You do something that you haven’t done before and you follow it through to the end.

You see, your life is made up of millions of different choices, and they all balance on a few simple principles that you call REAL!  This is why there are many roads that lead to the same result because there are many thought systems that have been discovered to receive new things.

You’ve probably heard that everything you need is already available for you, but it’s your job to open up to receive it. Well, that’s 100% true, but how the heck do you do that?   That used to be my question!

It comes down to you allowing another person (who’s been there) to give to you for YOU to see a new way.  Here’s what often happens.  The receiving person blocks what they have set out to experience by FEARING all sorts of negative lies about themselves:

  • Not good enough
  • Not smart enough
  • Can’t handle it
  • Don’t know how
  • Not strong enough
  • And on and on these untruths go!

Another way people block is by being AFRAID to give more of themselves.  You see, the person who is MOST GENEROUS with themselves makes the most in life.  What often happens is the person who is trying to get on their feet doesn’t trust that everything they want is already here, and therefore they will not give financially in order to break the chain of scarcity.

This is truly what living your life on a hamster wheel looks like.  It’s the formula for what we call the RAT RACE.

So I ask you—are you going round and round in your life, or are you getting the help you need to live the life you want?

We LOVE hearing from you, so please leave a comment and introduce yourself to us now below in the box provided.
