Thankfully, in this day and age, there are quite a few options open to people to get stuck into delegating so, as you say, they do what they are good at and leave the rest to others who probably can do it better AND quicker!

Thanks for stopping by!

I have found much success in delegating business functions outside of my core area of expertise to experienced professionals. By outsourcing my marketing, document control, and business management functions, I have freed up more of my own time and energy which I can redirect to my clients whom I believe are better served when I am laser focused on servicing them without added distractions. You are correct that deciding when to hire versus not to hire is not easy — a classic chicken or egg choice — and it might take a few efforts to get it right, but the investment will undoubtedly pay off.
