I think that many business people, who are successful & who are trying to be successful do not really look at themselves or their vulnerabilities. I know that I for one, am afraid of being vulnerable. I am especially afraid of others knowing what my vulnerabilities are. However, I know that if I do not face the areas I am most vulnerable in I will not be as successful as I can potentially be.
