I love to cook – I learned from my grandmother, mother. and Ifather. But it wasn’t written – it was a free form sort of dance in the kitchen growing up. Now, I mostly cook from the heart, from those memories, (nothing written down) but in order to share those recipes with a loved one or friend you must be able to translate the information in an organized fashion so that they can successfully create their own version!
