The advantages far out weigh the dis-advantages and I will help in any way I can to spread the word on this topic. In my experience–anyone–any executive who would regress to a less enlightened view on this topic, including Marissa Mayer at Yahoo, is showing their lack of objectivity, integrity, and their control freak and micro-managing weaknesses! We know the type! Those that don’t have the respect for others to allow them to do their jobs from home–when possible–are simply not the quality leaders we want in charge. I have lost respect for Yahoo for allowing this absurdity.
