Color coded folders and a white board are lifesavers for me. While I don’t have triplets, something happened to my brain after I turned 40 and all of a sudden I couldn’t remember everything. To-do lists that actually work — for me it’s a whiteboard and a good old-fashioned notebook while I’m on the go — are also key.
