Speak It Into Existence and Don’t Settle for Less

“Speaking as though it were” is something we have all heard before. However, to actually witness a wealthy entrepreneur use this time tested technique to move his life and business to unprecedented heights of success was jaw-dropping.

Recently on a re-run episode of Undercover Boss, the CEO of Diamond Resorts, Stephen J. Cloobeck, did just that as he shared the history of how he became a billionaire. Cloobeck stared squarely into the camera and announced how much more money he was going to earn and outlined the exact steps – the vision – his vision for how he was going to accomplish his goals. He made it clear that he has no doubt that his future endeavors will be successful and that he will achieve every one of his announced – spoken – goals!

As female entrepreneurs, we must stop shrinking back from destiny. We must step boldly out of our comfort zone and into our greatness. Here are three things we must do to become successful, wealthy entrepreneurs:

  1. Create a vision for our business and our lives.
  2. Write down our goals and create a roadmap for how each goal will be achieved.
  3. Begin to think, act and speak our vision into existence.

We must believe that it is already done and that the universe will offer the opportunities, resources, people and anything we need to bring the vision into manifestation!

Everything Stephen Cloobeck previously spoke about his business has come to pass.

If you regularly watch Undercover Boss, you know the hotel accommodations the bosses lodge in during their undercover assignment are 2-3 star properties at best. Prior to entering his assigned hotel room, Cloobeck sent his bodyguard into the room and when the guard returned and reported the accommodations were not up to snuff, Cloobeck refused to set foot in the room and instead opted to check himself into a 5-star property! This man refused to settle for less than he knows he deserves and wants and not even for a national television show’s ratings would he sacrifice by settling for less!

What about you? Are you willing to create a vision for your business and your life, write down your goals, create a road map for exactly how you will achieve those goals and then speak that vision into existence? Are you courageous enough to live your truth and not settle for less than you want or deserve regardless of whom it may make uncomfortable?

Are you ready to demand the best from the universe and yourself?
