I think that if you are going to follow a business model you really have to believe in it. There are many business models that people follow because they think they have to, as if it is a formula to follow. The truth is that business models work because you believe in the process and follow them. Shelly’s belief in the collaboration model is one that she truly believes in. More importantly, I think it works because of that.
